We are pleased to offer our patients and their families the option to utilize CareCredit to finance their healthcare needs. CareCredit allows patients to take out Deferred Interest Promotional Financing to make splitting bills into more easily managable payments an option.
What is CareCredit?
- CareCredit is a credit card. It is not an in-house credit program and it is NOT an interest-free credit card.
What does APR Mean?
- For information on your potential APR, please refer to the application, cardholder agreement, sales receipt, cardholder statement, patient brochure, go to www.carecredit.com, or call the Cardholder Inquiry Center.
Will I be refunded if I use CareCredit for the procedure but the procedure isn't performed for any reason?
- CareCredit credit cards are NOT interest-free. You MUST pay the ENTIRE charge/purchase balance in full by the end of the promotional period to avoid the 26.99% APR being applied to the ENTIRE financed amount (not the amount remaining).
-Monthly payments are required and start right away. If you only make the minimum required payment every month you may or MAY NOT pay the entire promotional balance by the end of the promotional period.
-Deferred interest financing remains interest-free ONLY IF you pay off your full purchase within the agreed promotional period.
-CareCredit is a Fair Lending Act lender. You are encouraged to apply regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, familial status, age, disability, receipt of income from public assistance programs, military status, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy status, genetic information, medical condition, immigration status, or within the rights afforded to you by the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
